Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. Responsibilities
  • Greet and register new patients, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage their schedules with ease
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collect co-pays and manage patient payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide patients with important information about their appointments and care plans
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical software
