Job Title: Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Join our team at the Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC as a Registered Nurse - Wound Care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient wound care setting.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Wound Care will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals with wounds and skin disorders. This includes conducting wound assessments, developing and implementing wound care plans, and educating patients and families on wound care and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct wound assessments and develop wound care plans
  • Implement wound care interventions, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing
  • Monitor and document patient progress, including wound healing and pain management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care and management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • 2+ years of experience in wound care or a related field
  • Knowledge of wound care principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
