Bartender at Homewood Suites Pinehurst

As a Bartender for the Hotel Division of Summit Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while maintaining a clean and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all guests are of proper age to consume alcohol and follow standard and federal/state/local regulations for serving alcohol.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager and Banquet Servers to ensure seamless service and meet guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or banquet facilities with high volume and active serving environments.
- Exceptional people-pleasing orientation and strong professional and personal work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to learn quickly, train others, and develop and maintain positive work relationships with colleagues.
Work Environment:
- Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable source of transportation required.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
