Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our Alarm.com contact center team. As a phone-based technical support specialist, you'll provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues related to Alarm.com products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch phone-based customer support regarding Alarm.com products and services
  2. Develop logical troubleshooting steps to remedy technical concerns and find solutions
  3. Think critically and creatively to resolve complex problems
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and service improvements
  5. Share knowledge within the team through documentation and training sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation and disposition
  • Interest in technology (prior expertise not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus
