Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Neo Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales success.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customer buying decisions, are essential for success in this position. A results-driven mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets, is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training, career development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
