Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily order verification and invoicing.
  • Prepare bill of ladings for outbound shipments on a daily basis.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding Material test reports and Pro numbers.
  • Maintain organized files for all internal documents related to customer orders.
  • Process Return Goods Authorization (RGA) paperwork promptly.
  • Assist in coordinating all Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Truckload shipments each day.
  • Communicate with the corporate office regarding standardized shipping protocols.
  • Provide Accounts Receivable information to Corporate for tracking inbound inventory.
  • Act as the primary contact for all shipment-related inquiries from customers and sales personnel.
  • Receive and invoice incoming shipments.
  • Distribute incoming sales faxes efficiently.
  • Expedite machine orders and buyouts to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, serving as a liaison between sales and after-sales support.
  • Assist with inter-branch transfers as needed.
  • Proficient typing and computer skills are necessary, along with strong phone etiquette, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or GED is required.
