- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Apply your skills and experience to develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials, contributing to the continuous improvement of our curriculum.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Participate in assessment activities to ensure student learning outcomes are met, and contribute to the development of a shared governance culture.
- Scholarly Activities: Engage in scholarly activities to stay current with industry developments and advancements in nursing practice.
- Professional Growth and Service: Participate in professional growth and service activities, aligning with university policies and promoting student success.
- Education: Master's degree in nursing, with professional nurse licensure required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care, with a minimum of one year of experience in the field in which you teach.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS office products as needed.
- Online Learning Management Systems: Experience working with online learning management systems to engage students in the learning process.
This is a part-time, adjunct faculty position at our Richardson Campus. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the success of West Coast University.
