At West Coast University, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. As a Proctor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students by assisting with the administration of paper/pencil and computer-based quizzes, tests, and exams.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff with academic testing parameters, adhering to WCU, ADA, and testing agency requirements.
  • Schedule proctored admissions and challenge exams, as well as term/semester tests and make-up tests.
  • Prepare, assemble, and transport test materials to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Evaluate the testing environment to ensure test security, education integrity, and a quiet atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Associates degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with MS Office.
