About the Role

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled IT Manufacturing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our factory operations, you will be responsible for managing and executing technology activities to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technology plans for manufacturing launch activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.
  • Provide day-to-day production support for IT systems, manufacturing, and IT launch activities, executing the IT strategic direction.
  • Implement and support mission-critical factory applications, including MES, WMS, and ERP, with a focus on troubleshooting system issues and managing application access.
  • Lead new technology product introduction programs, LEAN Six Sigma continuous improvement programs, and process improvement initiatives to drive measurable business results.
  • Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives at the factory, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Execute the enterprise application portion of the IT Security Roadmap, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Benchmark, analyze, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of RAC's technology and security operations and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest enterprise technologies and be proficient in all end-user technologies used by Rinnai Corporation.
  • Generate reports as requested by management, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology implementation/support capacity for ERP, WMS, and MES systems.
  • Experience with robotics in a manufacturing environment.
