The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor recreation, coupled with a strong sales background and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, showcasing our products, and closing sales to meet targeted goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels
  • Conduct product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our product lines and services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate playground solutions to meet their requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services
Requirements
  • Proven high-volume sales experience
  • Project management/installation/construction experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
