We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Mission Systems. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure system verification and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and defects.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in test engineering, software development, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
