Job Description

Job Summary:

Arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking a Program Leader to join our team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for leading after-school programs for middle school students, providing a safe and engaging environment for them to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead after-school programs for middle school students, including recreational activities, homework help, and life skills development.
  • Develop and implement program curriculum and activities that promote social-emotional learning, teamwork, and community engagement.
  • Build relationships with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive and supportive program environment.
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience working with middle school students in an after-school or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
