Key Responsibilities:

  • Market company offerings to General Contractors and property management firms
  • Assess commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
  • Provide direction and support to project teams
  • Act as a reliable and proactive leader

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager
  • Familiarity with On-Center, Planswift, or comparable software
  • Specific expertise in commercial painting is essential
  • Strong capability to leverage technology for enhancing client services
