- Perform ATP and environmental swabbing on equipment to check bacteria count.
- Calibrate thermometers and conduct allergen testing.
- Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure employee adherence to proper hygiene protocols.
- Conduct HACCP monitoring and metal detection verification.
- Inspect products and production lines to ensure quality and safety meet company standards.
- Perform product testing, including pH, moisture, and product consistency checks.
- Perform other duties and projects as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in a food processing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- 3+ years' experience in a meat processing environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- HACCP Certification.
