About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional UX Researcher, Mixed Methods to join our team at Meta. As a key member of our UX Research team, you'll play a critical role in designing for the global diversity of human needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify research topics and drive business decisions
  • Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods, including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and 1:1 interviews
  • Develop studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders
  • Work independently and autonomously, prioritizing research plans and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate research findings and insights to inform product development and business strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, and/or product research and development, or a Master's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years' relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in user experience, applied research, and/or product research and development, including experience conducting In-Depth Interviews or Focus Groups and Concept Testing or Usability Testing
  • Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent, and applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests
  • Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research, and translating research findings into strategic narratives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with consumer products, consumer insights, or product development
  • Degrees in a human behavior-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics
Compensation and Benefits

Meta offers a competitive salary range of $123,000/year to $192,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
