Job Title: Pain Management Specialist

Commonwealth Pain and Spine is seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our pain management programs.

Job Summary:

The Pain Management Specialist will work closely with our board-certified physicians to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care. This role requires a strong understanding of pain management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care
  • Perform pain management injections and other procedures as needed
  • Prescribe and order medications, diagnostics, and other treatments as medically indicated
  • Support the vision and culture of the organization
Requirements:
  • Active, valid Indiana (APRN) Nurse Practitioner certificate
  • DEA Registration (preferred)
  • Highly proficient with computers, especially EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage high levels of stress and make sound decisions
