Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As a key member of our center leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical plant and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the building and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operate and maintain the TELS platform for life safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fire safety and emergency generator systems.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide maintenance consulting services to other Genesis centers as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Related technical school degree and/or five years' experience in physical plant repairs, maintenance, and mechanical systems required.
  • Experience in management and training of maintenance personnel required.
Benefits:
