Position Overview:
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) plays a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals by executing various resident care tasks and providing essential non-professional services to ensure the comfort and personal needs of residents are met. This position is responsible for delivering resident care as directed by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The CNA will adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and safety standards, including infection control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to resident call bells to assess and address their needs.
2. Assist nursing staff in delivering resident care.
3. Change bed linens and maintain cleanliness in resident areas.
4. Document observations of resident behavior and report any concerns to nursing staff.
5. Prepare and serve meals, assisting residents as needed.
6. Measure and record vital signs and report any changes.
7. Provide physical support for daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
8. Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident dignity at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of a state-approved training program and possess a current CNA license in good standing.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
