Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing nursing care to residents, measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing resident conditions, and communicating with medical staff and residents. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current Massachusetts CNA certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
