Orthotic Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Orthotic Fitter to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As an Orthotic Fitter, you will play a critical role in providing patient care through the provision and adjustment of off-the-shelf and pre-fabricated orthoses.

• Collaborate with certified orthotists to evaluate and analyze patients' orthotic needs
• Examine and assess patients' conditions related to disease and functional impairment
• Perform fittings and execute minor modifications as necessary
• Evaluate orthotic devices on patients, ensuring proper fit, functionality, medical efficacy, and quality
• Instruct patients on the use and care of orthopedic devices
• Identify and resolve any issues to ensure patient satisfaction with provided devices

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
• Preferred experience in allied health professions (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc.)
