LPN - Children's Program Specialist

C crystal Springs is a leading provider of specialized educational, therapeutic, and residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our 45-acre campus features 21 residential homes, 9 classrooms, 7 day habilitation groups, a modern medical services facility, a therapeutic pool, and a universally accessible treehouse and playground.
Your RoleAs an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to those in need. You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments according to physician orders, collaborating with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care, monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions, and providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
What You'll Do- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
- Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN
