At West Gardena Post Acute, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are seeking skilled nurses to enhance our team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Treatment Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified LVN to join our facility. Experience in nursing is essential for this role.
Work Schedule
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Incentives
A signing bonus of $1,000 is offered, with half disbursed after 90 days and the remainder after six months of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with competence and knowledge.
- Identify, manage, and treat various skin conditions and lesions.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to train CNAs on proper patient positioning and skin care techniques.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust treatment plans in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Utilize strong reasoning skills and sound judgment in patient care.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
