We are in search of a proficient mechanic with experience in air-cooled or water-cooled systems to handle premier commercial and industrial machinery.
We also supply tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to enable you to perform your duties and serve our clients to the highest standards.
Deliver exceptional service to our clients to address building inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues. As a trusted consultant, you will provide solutions and outcomes during service visits. Offer recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities operate efficiently, including upselling opportunities. Prepare quotes to support your recommendations and solutions.Qualifications:
Essential
Must be a member or willing to join the local Union.
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with air-cooled or water-cooled systems, demonstrating strong HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Passing a knowledge assessment may be required to evaluate your proficiencies.Demonstrated attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and apply knowledge in the field.
Commitment to safety in all aspects.
Universal EPA refrigerants license, relevant state or local licensing, and a valid driver's license are required.
This position is part of a Bargaining Unit.
