About Window Genie:
Window Genie stands as a premier provider of residential and light commercial window care services across the United States. We are currently expanding our team in North Fort Worth and are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our well-established reputation.
Position Overview:
- We are on the lookout for three (3) committed window care specialists to join our North Fort Worth team. Your duties will encompass window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter maintenance, installation of gutter guards, holiday lighting setup, and window film application.
- No previous experience is necessary, although it is valued. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills needed for this trade while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Compensation starts between $17 and $25 per hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $36,000, plus bonuses and tips. Flexible working hours are available.
- Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the capability to work at various heights under diverse weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Window Genie standards for service technicians.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions, water, and squeegees to eliminate dirt and grime from windows.
- Ensure thorough drying around glass edges, remove excess water, and maintain equipment properly.
- Operate aerial lift platforms for low-rise structures and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Leave work areas clean and free of debris after each job.
Additional Information:
- Physical capability to lift ladders and work at heights of up to 32 feet.
- A positive attitude and dedication to delivering quality service.
- Weekly earnings of $1,000.00.
