As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
* Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Educating patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
