Job Summary:

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Bi-Lingual Case Coordinator to join our team. As a Case Coordinator, you will supervise a caseload of foster homes and children served to provide a variety of services to support them. You will also serve as a liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents, and other collateral agencies as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a caseload of foster homes and children served
  • Serve as a liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents, and other collateral agencies
  • Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 21 years of age or older
  • BA or BS in Human Services related field required
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families preferred
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSWA or higher) or able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
