  • Follow and reinforce The Melting Pot culture
  • Practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team
  • Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards, complying with uniform standards, appearance and grooming best practices and federal, state and local laws and guidelines concerning alcoholic beverages and food safety
  • Follow all of the company's specifications and procedures to ensure Exceptional Food
  • Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift and effective time management
Qualification Requirements
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all job responsibilities
  • High school or college coursework/restaurant experience or training is highly-desired. Food safety certification recommended
