Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

At UMass Memorial Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ICU Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, academic excellence, and leading-edge research in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, analyze data, and formulate clinical decisions to manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients.
- Partner with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program with certification.
- Current Massachusetts license.
- 3-5 years of experience in pediatric ICU or a related field.
