Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial leadership on revenue performance, business drivers, and key initiative performance
  • Support the delivery of the annual and long-range revenue plan, including forecasting and analysis
  • Coach a team of Finance Analysts to develop and maintain revenue forecasting and business analysis capabilities
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of revenue forecasting and business analysis tools and processes
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial and analysis-oriented capacities, preferably with a mix of individual contributor and leadership roles
  • Experience and knowledge of revenue forecasting in a product and channel-driven business model
  • Excellent understanding of sales and P&L drivers, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people-development skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to self-start and drive action individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus (MBA or other analysis-oriented area of study)
