Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Lead Financial Analyst to oversee and coordinate financial operations within our organization.

The Lead Financial Analyst's role encompasses the preparation of financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, managing the general ledger, aiding in audit preparations, and executing additional financial tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct monthly account reconciliations to guarantee precise reporting and ledger upkeep.

2. Collaborate closely with the Controller to establish and implement procedures and documented best practices for the finance department.

3. Generate and prepare necessary reports or presentations while pursuing enhancements and efficiencies.

4. Assist with annual audit preparations and related requests.

5. Play a significant role in the financial closing process, including the preparation and posting of general ledger journal entries.

6. Review and suggest modifications to financial systems and procedures.

7. Undertake additional financial tasks and support junior staff as needed or assigned.

8. Analyze financial data and identify items requiring action (such as accruals and reversals).

9. Assist with tasks related to financial system integration.

10. Maintain interdepartmental communication to ensure accurate and reliable data is entered into financial systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong financial analysis capabilities.

- Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.

- Inventory management experience is a plus.

- Enthusiasm and adaptability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.

- Team-oriented approach.
