- Execute Events and Presentations: Strategize, coordinate, and execute events within the community to educate seniors and their caregivers about ClareMedica's services and promote membership growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of outreach and engagement efforts.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of outreach and engagement efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a senior-focused healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Language: Spoken and written fluency in English, with bilingual capabilities a plus.
General office working conditions with occasional travel to community events and meetings.
