Job Description

We are seeking a talented Benefits and Leave Specialist I to join our team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). This role plays a critical part in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, answering inquiries, and assisting in policy development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2 years of experience in benefits administration. Certification in CEBS, SHRM-CP, or PHR is preferred.

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate benefits enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events in HRIS systems.
  • Process leave-of-absence requests among staff, managers, and third-party administrators.
  • Maintain and update employee benefits records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
