Salary & Benefits
We offer a salary range of $74,000 to $95,000 annually, plus a bonus structure based on performance. Job Description
As an Automation Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for the plant and driving systemic improvements related to efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and employee engagement. You will oversee highly technical operations spanning 1 or more shifts and up to 30 personnel, supporting and achieving cross-functional alignment, team goals, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Highly Technical Team: Lead, attend, and participate in performance metrics review meetings. Possess a deep understanding of the technical functionality of automated equipment, working closely with maintenance and automation production teams to improve uptime.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Champion operational excellence, possessing a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving. Utilize Lean tools to improve operational performance, including daily metrics, line balancing, process waste removal, and standard work.
  • Meet Cost Commitments: Take ownership of team performance against key metrics, ensuring labor resources align with supply plans and customer demand. Monitor machine scrap and performance data, acting to ensure efficiency targets are met.


Requirements:

Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required. Minimum 5 years' experience, with 2 years of leadership experience preferred. Requires experience in automated operations environments, with demonstrated knowledge and competencies at the Production Lead level or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise associates, working knowledge of business products and their use, leadership and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
