Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Analyst to join our team at Reid Health. As a key member of our clinical informatics team, you will be responsible for implementing informatics solutions and technologies to support patient care, clinical decision making, outcomes management, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement clinical information systems solutions to meet the needs of our nursing and clinical departments.
  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Test and troubleshoot clinical information systems to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Provide training and support to our clinical staff on the use of electronic health records and other clinical information systems.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to identify and prioritize projects that will improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and informatics to ensure our systems and processes are current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of inpatient or ambulatory nursing experience required; 2 or more years of clinical informatics experience preferred.
  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License required.
  • Epic Clinical Informatics certification within 90 days of hire required.
