Home Health Physical Therapist Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Maple Shade, New Jersey.
About the RoleThis is a part-time or per-diem opportunity for a Physical Therapist to perform home health visits for our senior living office in Westampton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a licensed Physical Therapist and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments, strength and endurance evaluations, and balance testing.
- Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote their health, safety, and independent living.
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
