Responsibilities- Site/Civil Development: Design and development of grading, utility, roadway, stormwater management systems, and erosion and sediment control systems.
- Design and Documentation: Preparation of detailed design documents, calculations, reports, and spreadsheets for construction plans.
- Code Research and Permitting: Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain necessary permits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in design and construction of land development and capital improvement projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water CAD, Storm CAD, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
