Key Responsibilities

  • Service Operations: Assist in all aspects of Service Department operations, including unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and delivery orientation.
  • Warranty and Repair: Assist customers with warranty repairs and parts sales, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all units are properly stored and secured.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and fellow associates to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to complete simple math calculations, communicate effectively, and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
