Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper (Part-Time | Silver Oak Apartments | Oceanside, CA)

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at a community in the Oceanside, CA area. This position is Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week - 24 Hours | Hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional-level maintenance services, including groundskeeping and landscaping.
• Use simple tools and power tools to maintain the exterior living environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and presentation of work.
• Work as part of a team to maintain the community's appearance.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic experience with property maintenance and landscaping.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
