- Program Execution: Oversee the implementation of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Market Insights: Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Creative Direction: Develop creative briefs and guide the direction of marketing communications across print, digital, and video platforms.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives through tracking and optimization processes.
- Paid Advertising Management: Lead initiatives in paid social and AdWords campaigns.
- Graphic Design Oversight: Supervise design needs for marketing segments.
- Webinar Development: Manage the creation and execution of CECO Certified webinars.
- Agency Collaboration: Oversee agency and contractor support as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or environmental sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies for diverse product lines.
- Expertise in delivering technical marketing materials tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as ActOn and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong writing ability and visual conceptualization skills.
- Proficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making.
