About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our logistics team. As a key member of our Select Staffing team, you will be responsible for executing the Order Fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to execute the Order Fulfillment process, including pick orders, consolidate orders, check orders, transport consolidated orders to packing area, pack orders, label orders, and transport orders to shipping dock.
- Transport incoming and outgoing inventory to designated areas using appropriate tools and vehicles, including hand dollies, forklifts, electric dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Organize products and maintain orderly item locations for efficient order fulfillment and material transfers around the warehouse.
- Perform quality inspections on outgoing shipments to ensure they meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement processes to continuously improve our logistics operations.
- Provide timely and adequate feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
