As a Licensed Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Program, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance performance improvements. You will collaborate with corporate departments and outside consultants, representing the Program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups. Your responsibilities will include managing all strategic planning activities, developing and maintaining healthy staffing patterns, and providing clinical supervision upon request.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Services with a CA clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC), four years of experience in an administrative management position in a healthcare setting, and two years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
