Fabletics Retail Sales Lead Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays, as required.
