Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Houston Premium Outlets.

Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, styles, and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining store displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
