About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Fertility Treatment Assistant to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility, a premier fertility center in the US. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions
  • Deliver pre and post-op education to patients and families
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
  • Work independently to ensure program goals are achieved
  • Promote excellence in customer service

Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Phlebotomy experience plus
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
