THE OPPORTUNITY

Riskonnect, Inc. is on the lookout for candidates to fill the role of Client Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with relevant industry experience and strong technical skills. As a Client Success Specialist, you will serve as a consultative "Customer-Centric Expert," responsible for identifying and implementing system improvements, fulfilling service requests, and assisting in problem resolution. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to comprehend current and desired business processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between Riskonnect, clients, and third-party entities.
  • Act as the primary contact for any issues requiring escalation within Riskonnect.
  • Assist clients in maximizing their use of the application platform through workflow guidance and identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.
  • Understand the business needs behind enhancement requests submitted by clients.
  • Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to address challenges across various client stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of client requirements and design specifications for implementation.
  • Deliver training tailored to specific client configurations and business needs, both remotely and in-person.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Product Development, Data Services, and Analytics.
  • Generate deliverables on the primary platform, including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation, and unit test plans.
  • Produce specifications for secondary platforms such as Adobe, Conga, Insights, IBM Cognos, and Crystal Reports.
  • Prioritize deliverables in collaboration with client stakeholders and Riskonnect resources.
  • Participate in client status meetings.
  • Manage escalations and expectations for both clients and internal teams.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with colleagues, clients, and vendors; demonstrate effective active listening and follow-up skills. Possess proven time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, risk management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare industries, with knowledge of database design and platform configuration to develop optimal solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Oracle POS, and/or SQL, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client experiences in the risk insurance claims sector.
  • Adept at translating complex technical requirements into practical solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive product success.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and documentation.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Passion for providing outstanding client experiences.
  • Understanding and application of analytical tools/techniques, issue resolution skills, and a strong grasp of relevant industry factors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in Audit, Safety, Healthcare, Risk Management, or RMIS industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Safety, or Healthcare.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
