As a key member of our Safety Training Department, you will be responsible for delivering various safety training classes to our clients, including CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, and Fire Extinguisher Safety.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safety training classes to clients, including CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, and Fire Extinguisher Safety.
- Drive company-provided vehicles to and from client locations.
- Communicate with clients to schedule training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain and clean all equipment, including vans and training equipment.
- Complete required reporting and use electronic devices to bill clients and track training details.
- Meet with the training center manager to discuss goals, objectives, and outcomes.
- Work with internal resources to increase safety training offerings and knowledge.
- Order supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a safety instructor, preferably with certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS.
- Experience in sales and upselling safety-related products and services is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to teach effectively in an adult learning environment.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory.
