The Taco Bell Team Member is a vital part of our customer experience team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a Food Service Champion, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their visit and bringing the great Taco Bell tastes to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders or prepare food to meet customer expectations
  • Assist in resolving any service or food issues
  • Maintain food-safety standards and a clean, safe work and dining environment
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift time
  • Good work habits and a positive attitude
  • A clean and tidy appearance
