Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from feasibility through procurement, execution, and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish project budgets and prepare proposals to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Create and manage project resource plans to optimize resource allocation
  • Develop project execution plans, including definition of scope, schedule, communication tools, software tools, and deliverable distribution lists
  • Collaborate with regional quality managers to develop project-specific quality plans
  • Properly identify and assess project risks, escalating them to senior leadership as necessary

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in construction project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing all phases of a project, from feasibility through commissioning
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents

Benefits:
