UTS BuildPros, a premier construction and building solutions company, seeks an experienced Master Electrician to lead electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

About the Role
  • Execute electrical work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Drive business growth through client relationships and new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Systems Installation and Oversight:
    • Install, repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot electrical systems for residential and commercial sites.
    • Interpret technical drawings and apply local, state, and federal codes and standards.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Pursue potential clients, contractors, and builders within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies, set sales goals, and adapt approaches to meet targets.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Train and mentor apprentice electricians and junior team members as needed.
    • Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other tradespeople to maintain project timelines.
Requirements
  • Texas Master Electrician License (Required)
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical work, with both residential and commercial project experience
  • Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans
