  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on Flutter and mobile development trends, and incorporate best practices into your development process.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and business goals.
  • Technical Decision-Making: Make informed technical trade-offs between short-term team needs and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile applications developed using Flutter.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
    • Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security APIs: Familiarity with authentication and authorization/RBAC enabled services.
